Self-catering flats located on a beautifully landscaped campus within walking distance of Guildford town centre.
There are 10 flats which sleep 4people and 10 which sleep 5 people. 4 person flats have a shower room and w.c and the 5 person flats have two shower room/w.c.
The flats are within modern student housing blocks and have a shared entrance. Once inside all flats are private and fully self-contained with a small lounge, kitchen diner, separate bedrooms and an entrance hall. Each flat has one twin room and either two or three single rooms. Free parking on site is around 5-7 minutes’ walk from the flats, there is space to unload luggage nearby. All prices include line hire, heating and electricity. Available July, August, September.
