Surrey County Show is the largest one day agricultural show in the UK attracting up to 40,000 visitors and hundreds of top quality animals from giant beef bulls to bantam hens.  It takes place annually at Stoke Park, Guildford, showcasing top quality cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry from all over the South East.

This fantastic family day out includes a popular horse show, dog show, donkeys, floristry, bees and honey, tractor driving, and plenty more – the best of the countryside right in the heart of the town.  Visit the Countryside Arena, Gardening Show, Food Theatre with demonstrating chefs, Eco area and Woodland area as well as spectacular white knuckle biting entertainment in the main arena.  There is 66 acres of shopping and crafts too!

Tickets are discounted up to a third if you buy in advance and will be available in March  from the Guildford Tourist Information Centre (01483 444333); Chichester Tourist Information Centre (01483 775888) and Midhurst Tourist Information Centre (01730 817322) – otherwise just come along on the day and pay the full ticket price.

Road Directions

Stoke Park is just off the A3, take Guildford town centre exit and follow signs to the Show.

Loseley Park is off B3000 accessed from A3100 Guildford to Godalming or A3 Compton.

Public Transport Directions

Free Park and Ride at Surrey University,  Guildford Business Park and Merrow Park and Ride. Park and Ride buses operate between 7 am and 7pm.

Limited parking at Stoke Park (usually full by 10:30 am).  Further free parking at Cornhill and UOP, Ladymead.

Special bus from Guildford Main Line station and Friary Bus Station, 50p each way.

London Road (Guildford) train station - follow Nightingale Road exit - 200 yards to main Nightingale Road show entrance.
