Florence Nightingale will visit Ewell after returning from her nursing duties in the Crimea. Meet her and discover her life story; hear about her famous lamp carrying at Scutari Hospital and her later campaigns for nursing and health reform in England.
See the uniforms that Florence and her nurses wore, together with some of their equipment. Discover the difficult conditions that the nurses found themselves working in.
Try out some of their nursing methods and decide if you would have liked to take her medicine.
Learn about the battles and harsh weather conditions which caused so many soldiers to be wounded or to fall ill and need the care of Florence and her team.
