Waking up Clandon Park

Clandon will be open for Waking up the House on Sunday 26 February from 11:00am until 4pm for visitors to see some of the work that has been going on through the winter months. The house will be slowly unveiled and prepared for the new season as objects are unwrapped and carefully inspected.

This special opening will also take a look behind closed doors and visitors can climb the servants’ staircase, see inside a beautiful dressing room. This is a marvellous opportunity for visitors to see some of the conservation work that happens in the winter, but also a chance to find out more about some of the servants who lived and worked at Clandon

Sign up for a tour on your arrival, they will be running throughout the day, but be aware that places will be limited and a steep flight of stairs is involved!
