The countdown to London 2012 is on, and whether you are coming from afar, planning to commute to the games or escaping the capital during this time, there is no better place to be than Surrey.
The Olympic Torch arrives in Surrey on Friday 20th July, and Stoke Park in Guildford will be hosting a ticketed "Celebrating the Torch Event" to mark the last evening stop before it travels through London.
With both the Men's Olympic Cycling Road Race and the Women's Olympic Cycling Road Race as well as the Men's and Women's Olympic Time Trial Race coming to Surrey, spectators in Surrey will have a wonderful opportunity to witness Olympic events for free.
