Food is their passion at The Talbot Inn. At the Talbot Inn they believe that it is possible to provide Michelin quality food in stylish yet informal surroundings at sensible prices and have a reputation for doing just that.
The Talbot Inn Pub has recently won an award for "Best Surrey Pub for a Cosy Winter Lunch" in a poll carried out by county magazine Surrey Life.
The accomplished head chef, Ian Richards, and his team work under the watchful eye of the double Michelin starred group executive chef, Rob Clayton, to produce delicious, seasonal dishes with a big focus on locally sourced produce.
The menus feature imaginative modern British a la carte dishes, as well as traditional pub classics such as sausage & mash and home-made pies. The Talbot Inn also offer a mouth-watering bar snack menus and puddings that are quite simply, to die for!
There is a choice of areas in which you can dine, from the cosy bar with its 15th Century beams and open log fires to the new restaurant which features a stunning copper ceiling and glass wall overlooking the Champagne terrace and garden.
Since their re-opening just a few months ago, they have been awarded an AA Rosette, AA Breakfast and AA Dinner Award. The Talbot Inn have also been listed in this year’s Michelin Restaurant & Eating Out Guides.
The Talbot Inn can also offer Private Dining for up to 80 guests, please contact the events department for more details.
