Lavender is a 3-storey, attractively furnished, self-contained house in a quiet road in the town centre. There is private parking space for one car.

Ground floor: lounge/dining room, colour TV, cassette, radio and CD player, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and electric cooker/oven.

First floor: 1 double bedroom, family shower/bathroom with WC; separate WC.

Second floor: 1 twin bedroom plus spare bed and 1 single bedroom. Ample selection of books. The house is centrally heated and double glazed. Linen and towels are provided.

Strictly NO smoking or pets.
