Here at Leylands Farm we provide one of the most luxurious bed and breakfast facilities attainable in Surrey. Recently refurbished with beautiful gardens and woodland areas, guests are not tied to time and can relax completely, enjoying peace, privacy, seclusion and comfort that Leylands Farm offers.
Leylands Farm has been successfully running for over 8 years. From the beginning it has built up a well-earned reputation in the Surrey area for a friendly, luxurious service at prices which are excellent value for money. Our visitors always seem pleased with their choice - most have been regulars for years.

The accommodation offered is quite unique - a self-contained annexe within a period house which allows our guests to come and go as they please. There is a French door from the extensive gardens into the lounge, where there is a 3-piece lounge suite, a TV and small fridge. There is a welcoming log fire for those chilly days and a comfortable table and chairs for meals. Stairs lead to the bedroom and en suite bathroom above. A full continental breakfast is offered, giving our guests complete privacy and seclusion within the annexe. Single occupancy available at £45.
We are on Leylands Lane in the most beautiful part of rural Abinger Common, Dorking, in the midst of the Surrey Hills yet within easy access of main motorways, Gatwick and Heathrow.

Road Directions

From Dorking take A25 towards Guildford. After passing the village of Westcott and after 2 miles approx. turn left to Abinger Common. Taking as landmarks (only) look for Friday Street, Abinger Botton and the Broadmoor. Broadmoor leads to Leylands Farm which is half a mile fown this road on the left.

Public Transport Directions

There is no public transport which will take you to Leylands Farm. Dorking Town centre is approx. 6 miles away, with regular train services. Taxi's available. Own car advisable.
