This attractive singe-storey cottage is attached to our garage but is completely self-contained and has its own private lawn with views of a bluebell wood and open fields beyond. Set in rural West Surrey on the borders of West Sussex and Hampshire, it is possible to visit many well-known places within a day's trip, including Hampton Court, Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Portsmouth Dockyard for the Mary Rose, The Victory, and the Isle of Wight.

There is plenty to do and see here ranging from visiting stately homes to walks on the North and South Downs and on the many acres of common land owned by the National Trust. This area is full of pretty villages and attractive towns with many golf courses, theatres and interesting shops. As we are near public transport, it is possible to manage without a car.

The cottage is comfortably furnished for two people, double glazed and, with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom, is close carpeted.
