Brand new for 2008 is a spectacular SEA LIFE Centre housing over 20 marine displays with species ranging from tiny shrimps and colourful clownfish, to majestic sharks and magnificent stingrays. Kids of all ages will love the interactive ‘rockpools’, fun exhibitions and walkthrough ocean tank which creates the illusion that the visitors are on display while the fish swim freely overhead.

Get up close and personal with the resident Binturong and new arrivals - the Mara and Coati - among other unusual creatures from Chessington Zoo.

If that’s not enough, brave Dragon’s Fury, a rollercoaster where the cars spin freely so the ride is never the same twice! Or make a splash as you plunge into the mouth of an oriental dragon on Dragon Falls. And even little daredevils can take a flight of fright across the treetops of Transylvania on Vampire, which has one of the lowest height restrictions for a rollercoaster in Europe at only 1.1 metres.

All the family will enjoy the Zoo, explore the Trail of the Kings and discover one of Europe’s most successful Gorilla families, with three generations of the same family in the one group and a our newest arrival, Damisi the Silverback. Marvel at the majestic Asiatic Lions and meet the Sumatran Tigers and their new cubs, part of a vital Endangered Species Breeding Programme due to the fact that there are only 400 left in existence in the wild.
