Rosemead Guest House

A warm welcome awaits you at Rosemead, a totally non-smoking Edwardian guest house, conveniently located just north of Gatwick airport (a 5 minute drive away), in the town of Horley, within walking distance for shops, pubs and restaurants. Horley main line station is a short walk away with trains to London (40 minutes) and the south coast.

We have recently been awarded a 4 diamond Silver award certificate by Visit Britain Quality Assurance. The comfortable rooms have been individually decorated to a high standard and have fully adjustable central heating and remote control colour/text TV, hairdryers and alarm clocks. Each room has a private bathroom well stocked with toiletries for all your needs.

Many thoughtful extras have been provided to make your stay comfortable including electric heaters to supplement the central heating in the winter and portable fans in the summer and a wide selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate and a selection of biscuits (cookies) to complement your hot drink.

Full English breakfast including a vegetarian or a healthy alternative is served 0730-0830, with an extensive self-service Continental breakfast available anytime before for the early morning departures.

For guests wishing to stop over before departure from or arrival at London Gatwick, safe and secure long term holiday parking is available by arrangement. Overnight parking on site is available in the car park at the front of the house free of charge. 24 hour courtesy transfers to and from Gatwick available.

A computer is provided exclusively for guest use for internet access and checking emails. We also have a library of books to read at your leisure or travel reference books to check on travel destinations.

Families are welcome and we have facilities for young children including cots, highchairs etc and there are games to keep children entertained. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
