One of Guildford's important historic buildings, its features include decorated plaster ceilings, panelled rooms and an ornately carved staircase. Temporary exhibitions are on display with occasional selections from the Borough's art collection including pastel portraits by Guildford-born artist, John Russell RA (1745-1806). The Gallery Gift Shop stocks a unique range of gifts and cards by local craftsmen. The Gallery Café serves a range of freshly prepared food throughout the day, with seating in the courtyard in the summer and in a heated marquee in the winter.
