St Gallen

St Gallen is a delightful chalet bungalow set within one-third acre of pretty gardens. We are situated next to the Bourne woods in a peaceful location, yet only 5 minutes from Farnham and its main line station. Our family home provides spacious, tastefully appointed, comfortable accommodation in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and is open all year. Ample parking for guests.

We have 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, each with en-suite shower room. Each room has a TV/radio and tea/coffee making facilities. To set you up for your day, a satisfying full English breakfast is provided. There are also numerous local pubs and restaurants (some within walking distance) which serve lunchtime and evening meals.

Farnham is an important Georgian town dominated by its castle, which dates back to the 11thC. 60 minutes by train from London, 40 minutes from Portsmouth with its historic ships, 20 minutes from Guildford and Winchester.

The National Trust has many famous properties within easy reach. Local nature reserves include Frensham Ponds, Thursley Common and Bourne Woods which was one of the locations for the film 'Gladiator'. For the more athletic, the area is ideal for walking, cycling and golf.
