Farmers markets in Surrey
Farmers’ Markets are a great way to buy local food. At a farmers’ market you know that you will be talking to the producer - you can find out where your food comes from and how it has been produced. Surrey has 13 farmers’ markets across the county, from Farnham in the west to Reigate in the east. In Ripley for example, any profits from the farmers’ markets are fed back into the community such as buying a new scout hut for the local troop!
