Make sure you are `Good to Go’
“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
We would urge you to apply for this industry standard (an online self-certification) which gives reassurance to visitors by offering a recognisable, nationwide, consumer mark.
You can find more information about how to apply here:
Once you have received your accreditation, please let us know and we can add it to your Visit Surrey page as well as including the news in ongoing positive social media.
How to support Know Before You Go
Know Before You Go is a Visit Britain consumer campaign to encourage people to check details about the venues they would like to visit before they travel. It will give visitors confidence that information is available so they can plan their day out or stay.
To support Know Before You Go, make sure your own websites are updated with any information visitors need - ideally making this available on your home page or clearly labelled and signposted from your home page.
To find out more about Know Before You Go, with examples of what information to include on your website, visit here.
