Surrey is an ideal location for TV and film as well as a static photography shoot.  We have a great variety of locations, from historic houses, to housing estates (of all kinds), picturesque villages to bustling towns, open countryside, gardens, museums and more. 
Around 1 hour from central London and within one hours drive of both Pinewood Studios and Shepperton Studios, Surrey is an easy to get to location. Creative England, Film Surrey and the Surrey Film Office can also help you to find other interesting locations such as office blocks, or industrial units.  The Surrey Film Office will also be able to advise you on permissions and licences to film in public areas around the county.

Film & TV
Whether you are a Hollywood film director, local television company, or perhaps looking to film something to be uploaded online, we welcome everyone in the film and TV industry.  Our friends at Creative England, the location company for England, the independent film location company in Surrey, Film Surrey, as well as the Surrey Film office from Surrey County Council will be able to help you with specific location requirements.

Photography
If you are looking to take photography across Surrey you will need to contact the individual landowner or venue owner. 

Press passes and visits
Visit Surrey currently do not offer press passes or visits to attractions, accommodation providers, food & drink establishments or events. 
Requests for passes and visits are dealt on a case by case basis and are handled by the owners and venues themselves.  If you would like a press pass or a visit please do contact the venue direct.
