With egg hunts, boat trips and walks in ancient woodlands to enjoy spring flowers at their best, Surrey is the place to be this Easter.

Come and explore our popular attractions and hidden gems. There are many places where you can stay to on a Easter get-away.   Relax, restore and get-away from every day life here in Surrey.

Easter Egg Hunts
Throughout the Easter holidays many Surrey attractions are holding Easter Egg Hunts and Trails.  With chocolate egg hunts, and trails to hunt for clues, all are ideal family fun.  Kids can explore gardens and attractions, hunt for clues whilst exploring towns and villages, looking for chocolate eggs or completing trails for the chance to win prizes.

Discover British Wildlife
The British Wildlife Centre is open daily in the Easter holidays.  Come a wildlife eggsperiance!

Explore the Surrey countryside
We are blessed in Surrey to have so much wonderful countryside to explore and, as the days get lighter, the urge to get out among the spring flowers and soak up the beautiful views is never higher.

Spring is a wonderful time of year to visit National Trust places in Surrey. With the longer days and warmer weather, it’s great to get outdoors and celebrate the arrival of the new season.

Sparkling vineyard views
Enjoyed the delights of Greyfriars Vineyard near Guildford or visit another of our county’s more intimate vineyards which open their gates again this Easter.  Book an English Wine and Cheese Tasting event at Albury Vineyard or enjoy a self-guided vineyard tour.

Escape to an enchanting place
The Sculpture Park near Farnham is hard to beat. Take yourself on a self-guided tour of the 800 or sculptures nestled in ten acres of arboretum and water gardens. Walk as far as you want to and at your own pace.

Explore hidden history
Only a 15 minutes’ walk outside of Dorking town centre past its antiques shops and hostelries, you’ll discover the Deepdene Trail – the “lost” estate of Regency designer Thomas Hope. Highlights of the free trail include the 19th century Hope Mausoleum, the magnificent grotto and romantic tower, and you can follow it all the way to Betchworth Castle and Brockham village.

Step back in time
Explore the magnificent Thames-side gardens, including 60 acres of spectacular formal gardens, at the historic Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey. The interiors of Henry VIII's favourite palace are open to visitors too.
