The Cheese & Chilli Festival is set to spice up the summer, with highlights including a chilli eating competition, food challenges, cooking demonstrations, family friendly entertainment and much, much more! The majority of which is FREE once inside. 

The Cheese & Chilli Festival offers a fantastic family friendly, fun-filled event.

Spicing things up with all things cheese and chilli, the event will see a whole host of tasty treats, amazing entertainment and food competitions for those that can handle the heat.

What’s more the festival will be supporting worthwhile charities, with a team raising funds throughout the two-day show.

The Cheese Festival is the perfect event for cheese lovers who can try and buy from an incredible range of local and regional products. Meanwhile for those who enjoy a slice of spice, The Chilli Festival features different types to peruse and purchase, with everything from plants to sauces.
Brave visitors can test their taste buds during a Chilli Eating Competition that isn't for the faint hearted and is set to deliver some hilarious entertainment. What's more the Chilli Food Challenge offers another contest for foodies to enter or observe.

Traders will also be competing in a Chilli Sauce Competition; there will be entries for mild, medium and hot sauces with festival goers invited to play judge.

For those who enjoy a tipple or two, The Beer Festival is the perfect place to indulge, with an excellent array of real ales along with wines, spirits and lagers too. The festival will also feature a fantastic inflatable pub not to mention the authentic cider bar.

Live music will provide a great backdrop during the festival, with performances from local bands in the dedicated stage area.

Cooking Demonstrations with a difference will provide some delicious inspiration for budding chefs, welcoming Chilli Olly and Chilli Pepper Perret alongside special guests for the occasion. 

With all this plus arena displays, live demonstrations and more, there’s plenty to ensure everyone’s entertained.

Whatever your age, the Cheese & Chilli Festival has something for the whole family. Highlights include FREE crazy golf, children’s rides, face painting, FREE magic shows, FREE balloon modelling, FREE bubble parties, FREE circus skills and inflatable characters.

For those who enjoy a dose of retail therapy, there will be an array of Craft and Shopping Stalls selling everything from quality kitchenware and clothing to gifts.
