About
Perched atop a Hill and revealing itself at the end of our winding tree-lined drive, Barnett Hill is (in the words of the Telegraph no less) a 'gingerbread-brick palace'. Contemporary and design-led, the 56 boutique rooms, suites and residences are appointed with oh-so-chic designer furnishings, sure to set hearts aflutter. Spread across the main Mansion House, Courtyard, Mews and Gardener's Cottage, there is something for everyone; from cheeky getaways in fabulous four-poster suites to countryside escapes with the pooch in the Courtyard rooms.
Set in the middle of the Surrey Hills, Barnett Hill was originally the private home of the famed Thomas Cook family and you’re sure to feel right at home the minute you arrive at the Hill. It's a destination where friends and family come together to feast and celebrate, revel in life's little luxuries and properly relax in the most gorgeous of surroundings.
The way to just about anyone's heart is their tummy and there are a few rumbling on the Hill. The hotel’s gorgeous grub is designed for the gregarious and is the perfect backdrop whilst memories are made. Using the finest produce from the Surrey Hills menus can be enjoyed in the swish Oak Room restaurant, perfect for date nights or just because, or on the stunning wrap-around terraces in the summer months for a spot of supper al fresco. Our afternoon tea is an indulgent affair and can be enjoyed in our cosy lounges or in the Summer on the terraces or in the cute Silent Pool Gin garden. Gin and tea, what could be better?
No need to leave your favourite four legged friend at home when staying at the Hill. Well behaved dogs are welcomed with a dog bed, bowls & treats and there are walks galore & heaps to explore in the gardens & woodlands that surround the hotel.
Two new treatment rooms offer a range of massages, facials and nail treatments.
