Nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside a few miles from the M25 and Gatwick airport in between the market towns of Reigate and Dorking sits Hartsfield Manor. A magnificent independently owned imposing manor house with sixteen acres of grounds, this gem of a venue is home to 50 tastefully decorated bedrooms which vary from the luxurious honeymoon suite with far reaching views across the Surrey Hills to cosy doubles in the lodge house set back along the sweeping driveway on approach to the main house. With an elegant lounge full of period features including high ceilings, ornate cornicing, fireplaces and doors leading out onto the manicured lawns and attractive gardens, Hartsfield Manor offers the versatility to host an intimate afternoon tea for two or an exclusive use wedding for up to 100 guests.

The restaurant and bar are home to lovingly designed and locally sourced menus alongside a carefully thought out wine list to match chefs’ scrumptious dishes. With an extensive selection of wines, beers, ales and spirits on offer including locally brewed ales from the Reigate based Pilgrim Brewery and wines from the world famous Denbies Wine Estate just down the road our bar is the perfect place to sit, relax and unwind. With a less formal bar menu available our guests have the options of eating where they feel more comfortable. With a range of bedrooms from the Cosy Doubles to the Junior Suites they are all beautifully decorated and have delicious shortbread biscuits, a selection of premium teas and coffees as well as luxurious robes, white fluffy towels and decadent Molton Brown toiletries. Our Housekeeping team go that extra mile to make sure our guests enjoy a home from home stay with us and are on hand to add any extra touches to your room. With reception staff on hand 24 hours a day, our guests can be sure of a warm welcome at Hartsfield Manor throughout their stay.

If your visit is more for business than leisure, Hartsfield Manor is home to The Surrey Conference Centre. A fully equipped conference facility with 17 meeting rooms including Hartsfield Hall for large conferences to the opulent Brockham drawing room which seats 22 guests around the large dining room table for formal board meetings and private dinners. With other meeting rooms all of varying sizes suitable for training days, interviews and smaller meetings along with a fully stocked coffee point space for break out meetings, The Surrey Conference Centre at Hartsfield Manor can suit all types of business meeting requirements. Hartsfield Manor is the venue of choice for a huge variety of functions including a large number of weddings. These can be exclusive use where the bride and groom get the use of the whole manor house for themselves and their guests or a smaller more intimate affair with the wedding breakfast taking place in the private dining room. We regularly hold wedding open days so please do check our websites to find out when the next one is taking place allowing you the perfect opportunity to come and meet some of our wedding day suppliers and explore the house and grounds at your leisure. 

Afternoon teas are also available and take place in our beautiful lounge. They include a huge sumptuous spread of homemade savouries, cakes and scones and make for a great excuse to mark a special occasion, maybe a birthday or a baby shower or just to get some friends and family together for a special treat.  We also hold Murder Mystery weekends and themed lunches and dinners throughout the year so it is always worth checking the website for any upcoming events.
