The spiritual home of the hit TV show Ghosts, West Horsley Place will welcome the beloved comedy back this spring - this time as the setting for a feature-length film. To say thank you, West Horsley Place is offering fans something truly extraordinary.

After five hugely successful television series, the much-loved cast and crew of Ghost are returning to West Horsley Place, the Surrey manor that audiences around the world know as Button House.
For the West Horsley Place team, it is a heartfelt homecoming. Over the years, strong bonds were built with the cast and crew during filming, and the charity is delighted to welcome them back once more.
Button House has become one of British television’s most iconic settings, and its real-life counterpart, West Horsley Place, holds a very special place in the hearts of fans worldwide.
Since the first series aired, visitors have travelled from across the UK and beyond to experience the house in person, taking part in filming tours, open days and special events celebrating the show.
That passion has made a massive and lasting difference. Many fans have gone one step further - donating generously to support the restoration and conservation of the historic manor house which is on England’s ‘Heritage At Risk’ Register, helping to protect it for future generations.
To say thank you, West Horsley Place is offering fans something truly extraordinary.
Whilst cast and crew will be taking a well-earned break during filming of the new feature length film, the charity will be offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the house as Button House over one special weekend, Saturday March 21 and Sunday 22, when filming is not taking place - allowing visitors to step directly into the world of Ghosts: The Possession of Button House as it will appear on screen.
With demand expected to be incredibly high, tickets will be allocated via a prize draw system, ensuring the opportunity is fair and accessible to as many people as possible. Fans will be able to enter for the chance to win a place on these exclusive tours.
Crucially, every paid entry will help support West Horsley Place’s charitable work, contributing directly to the care, conservation, and protection of this remarkable historic building - making it a true win-win for fans and the future of the house alike.
ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
There are 100 prizes available, each consisting of one ticket which admits the winner plus up to three guests (4 people total) to attend a secret guided tour of the film set at West Horsley Place. Tours will take place over one special weekend, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2026.
Winners will be allocated a specific date and time slot at the Trust’s discretion. The tours will last approximately 1hr30 – 2hrs with visitors able to explore the gardens and wider estate at their leisure after the tour.
HOW TO ENTER
- Online entry: £25 per ticket (each ticket counts as one entry; the more tickets you buy the more chances of winning. Don’t forget each winning ticket admits up to 4 people)

- The Draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Guests accompanying the winner can be any age
