At Dorking Brewery, we brew with a vision to be the best brewery in Surrey. Our brewers – who are all qualified by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling – make over 20,000 pints per week of exciting, modern style beers but keep to traditional brewing methods along the way, inspired by the best ingredients, flavours and techniques from all over the world.

Based just outside the Surrey Hills Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty, our beer is made with our surroundings in mind, and is produced in as natural and environmentally friendly way as possible.

We are now a carbon-negative brewery with 97% of our grain coming from East Anglia which, once used, is taken 15 metres down the farm to be fed to the local dairy herd. And since 2021, all our beers, excluding best bitter DB One, have been made without finings, leaving them naturally hazy and suitable for vegans.

As one of the larger Surrey breweries, we pride ourselves on the fantastic, loyal, and local customers we have and are delighted to serve them from our on-site taproom which opened in 2021.

Tap and Gun is open throughout the week for takeout and collections and stays open into the evening from Thursday-Sunday. It hosts regular events with live music and street food vendors serving in the yard making it a perfect weekend destination. We also offer brewery tours on Saturday afternoons which can be booked in advance via our website.

Our beer can be enjoyed in pubs, clubs, hotels, and restaurants across the South East, or from the comfort of your own home. You can order a selection of our beers from our online shop, in cans, bottles, mini kegs, or beer boxes.

We offer a guarantee of quality on all our products (or free replacement) and aim to provide guaranteed next day delivery for all Surrey customers (Mon – Fri).
